The Nissan 350Z is a Sports car that every one loves it. It was extensively upgraded for 2006, and for 2007 Nissan turned its attention to the engine, which has been redesigned for substantially more power. This brought a styling bonus. Because the more powerful engine needed better breathing, the 2007 Nissan 350Z gets a new hood and front fascia that sucks in more air.

The new 3.5-liter V6 engine is used in all seven models of the 350Z. Something like 80 percent of the parts in the engine are new for 2007. On paper, the 2006 engine was rated 300 horsepower. For 2007 the output has been raised to 306 hp, but the increase is more than 6 hp because beginning in 2007 there's a more stringent industry standard for measuring horsepower, as determined by the Society of Automotive Engineers.

The Nissan 350Z is fast, fun, and pure sports car. It costs about 10 times as much as the original 240Z, which went for about $3500, but in today's dollars that's only twice as much (as calculated by the Consumer Price Index). But you get about 10 times the car, so you're still way ahead.

Improvements for 2006 included upsized alloy wheels, tighter rack-and-pinion steering, bigger brakes, better headlamps, and a higher quality sound system. For 2007, side-impact air bags are added as standard equipment to the Roadster, and two Coupe models get the Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone System with steering wheel-mounted controls.

When you consider components such as a carbon-fiber driveshaft and drive-by-wire throttle, as well as the convenience features that come standard, such as automatic temperature control and a premium stereo, the price of $27,900 for the Base Coupe is compelling. Of course, the other six models escalate in price, to $41,250 for a Grand Touring Roadster with optional five-speed automatic transmission. But they all come standard with that 306-hp engine and six-speed manual transmission.

The 350Z is a true-blue sports car with creature comforts. Its firm ride, abrupt throttle response, and awkward cup holders don't make it a great place to drink coffee and make phone calls on the way to work, but there's a lot of cargo space for a sports car, and it isn't awkward to climb in and out. The excellent optional five-speed automatic makes a civilized commuter car, while still making you happy during a weekend run down a racer road.

The Nissan 350Z delivers more than the promise of its powerful looks. It's a visceral sports car with serious performance that you can live with every day.

Last year when i wished to buy a car, i went to my friends house in order to get a good suggestion about my dream.Arif was luckly found at his home and he suggested me to go for a zero meter car.Although he mentoned that it will cost more but only once means it will be a one time payment while buying a used car will make more problems for me.He told me that a used car is good but it will not be your car then it will always remain in work shop.I said yes i will try to buy a new car but then i asked him that which car would be more better for me since i was a single person and i could hardly need an Aulto.So he suggested me to visit few bargains and show rooms and meet some more experienced people. San Diego Toyota Dealers, were looking more better then others for me, so i decied to get a final suggeston from them.
Although i was also having some information abaout cars but not more as my friend Arif could.Therefore i went on my friends suggestion to the Toyota show room dealer.Since i was already known that Toyota cars can be proved more better then any else therefore San Diego Toyota Dealers, were my ideals for my suggestion and dealing purpose.I went there and mentioned my whole story in front of them.They suggested me to have a zero meter car and then i will remain satisfied from it for few years.Since i was also looking at my budget therefore i was not much interested in zero meter car.So decided to take some oan from my friend Arif and then wil buy a zero meter car.I called my frien Arif and he said “yes”, you buy it i wil give you a loan.I got happy and i bought an Aulto car from there.And now i am very much satisfied with what i did.

With the world’s problem with global warming, it is nothing but practical to produce vehicles that would not emit harmful gases that would make the problem even worse.
Different auto companies are now dealing with this problem by creating their own versions of green cars that would eliminate the production of these harmful gases. Some use hydrogen, Mercedes Benz is now selling hydrogen-powered cars in the United States and Europe. The problem with this though is with the refueling. Mercedes Benz has only a few refueling stations and promises to add more in the future. Honda had also developed their own versions of hydrogen-powered cars and so does Toyota.
Hydrogen cars are said to be the future vehicles. When the demand increases, hopefully the price tags on these green cars would decrease and additional refueling stations would make it convenient for the owners of such cars.
Hydrogen-powered cars would not be available in 3 to 10 years as its technology needs a bit more refinement to drop the prices that would be well accepted by the customers. As we all know, it is not that easy to switch from one technology to the other but in time, because of the need to do so, the world would be populated with these green cars.

A blast from the past and a taste of the future, this might just be a good description of the latest sports car that came out from a collaboration of Mercedes-Benz and McLaren, two big giants in the car manufacturing industry. We're talking about the 2004 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. This sports car combines the old yet astounding SLR race cars of the 50s and the latest and meanest technology of high-performance supercars. With the power of race cars and the sleek, curves and designs of a luxury car, the combination from the two car manufacturers is hard to beat.

This supercar is definitely fast. SLR McLaren sports a 626-horsepower supercharged 5.5-liter V8. Also, it has a full carbon-fiber monocoque, features crash structures and body panels. And with the supercharge V8 engine, you can see the 2004 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren go from naught to 60 miles per hour in less than 3.6 seconds. The SLR also has a five speed automatic transmission. There are modes, the Sport, Comfort and Manual which basically covers every known driving style. Sport is for everyday use, Comfort for bumpy or slippery roads, and Manual gives you control over the gears either through the touchpad or the levers on the steering wheel. When you use Manual, you open up three more modes, namely Sport, Supersport and Race. Speed increased significantly as you go up shifts.

Other notable features in this sports car include the high-performance technologies of ceramic brakes. The SLR uses ceramic reinforced with fiber on its brake pads. The 2008 Toyota Corolla can be seen already in the latest Japanese Toyota Corolla, introduced in October 2006. The new 2008 Corolla sedan, now called Corolla Axio, and the new wagon, Corolla Fielder, are the tenth generation. The American versions are expected to look more like the American Camry up front, with the protruding Camry nose, with a current-generation rear clip.

Toyota intends to sell 6,000 of each of the two models each month in Japan. They will be/were launched on October 14 and 15 and will be built in separate plants. A 1.5 liter engine will be available, with a five-speed manual transmission or the CVT; the 1.8 will only be available with CVT. Four wheel drive is available with both engines and CVT (not with five-speed.)

The American version of the Corolla, to be built in the usual North American plants, will be delayed around March 2008, in order to shake out any bugs for the world’s largest auto market, and probably to allow for factory upgrades and various Americanizing touches. (Past American Corollas have undergone considerable suspension and engine tuning along with the usual regulatory compliance measures which affect headlights, child seat anchors, and other systems.)

In other parts of the world, the Corolla may be sold as the Auris; or Toyota may take advantage of the “world’s favorite car” status and move it to the Corolla name.

The intercooled, turbocharged 4B11 inline-4 shares its basic architecture with the normally aspirated engine found in the 2008 Lancer, but it has been extensively reengineered for boosted use in the Evo. Unique pieces include a semi-closed deck block, a forged crank with an 86mm stroke and forged connecting rods.

Compared to the former Evo, the 4B11's aluminum block contributes to a 28-pound weight reduction for the new Evo's engine package and also helps lower the car's center of gravity by 10mm (0.4 inch). Full-floating wrist pins result in less internal friction, and the bottom end is underpinned with an aluminum ladder frame supporting four-bolt main bearing caps.
